A great little pitstop when exploring this area....no nonsense great food... not a broad selection but as what's expected from this type of eatery. Staff were really pleasant.. attentive and helpful. I only ordered a coffee and croissant.. both of which were served promptly and if great quality. Decor is inviting with very interesting resin tables (see pictures)

Only had a hot chocolate and latte but both were nice. Polite staff, very clean cafe and lovely views of harbour. Food prices also looked very reasonable. Thanks all

I visited the newly opened deck 1853 on a Friday lunchtime and enjoyed a pasta, tiramisu and a white wine, all of which were absolutely delicious. Quite possibly the best pasta I’ve ever had (Rigatoni). Everything came in ample portion sizes and the service was excellent too! You cannot beat the food, service and setting at this establishment! I will certainly be returning

Friendly service and the pizza was lovely - we ordered the Korean Chicken - could have been a little spicier - reasonably priced.

Great tasting food, great service, portions a little small though, salad didn't have much salad in it, my dish needed a bit more pasta. Would go back, just needs a bit more value and the music a tad louder.

Coffee was OK. The Victoria sponge was great. Good fruit scone with Tiptree jam, not enough clotted cream for me. Staff run off there feet and could have done with 1 more person as we had to pause eating while waiting for our drinks
